RETURNS

It is our sincere hope that all our customers are fully satisfied with their unique piece of ORAÏK jewellery. As we believe that personal communication and an individual approach are essential for achieving successful results, we kindly ask you to get in touch with us with any concerns or doubts, before, during, or after the order is completed.


Every ORAÏK jewellery piece is made to order in a specific size, we invest great care and long hours of hand work into each piece. Therefore, we do not accept returns.


RING SIZE
When placing your order, please ensure that you provide us with the correct ring size. Resizing is not possible in many of our designs as elements such as enamel, gemstones, and gold vermeil may be damaged during resizing. In this case, a new production of the order is required. Resizing is only possible in specific designs.
*If the size of your new ring doesn’t feel right, please contact us. Even though we cannot resize the ring, we always try to find a suitable solution.
Ultimately, we wish that you can comfortably wear your jewellery rather than simply admire it.


VARIATIONS
Keep in mind that slight variations in shape and colour may occur because of the handcrafted nature of our products. No two pieces of the same design will look exactly alike.
The stone weight (ct; carat) specified in the description of each product is indicative and may vary between individual pieces in miniscule amounts.


WARRANTY

If your ORAÏK jewellery piece suffers any damage that is caused by craftsmanship, we offer a free repair or exchange for a period of 5 years. This warranty does not apply to regular wear and tear or loss of the item.

To evaluate the case, please bring the piece to our studio in person or send a clear photograph along with the proof of purchase. If the warranty claim is accepted, you can either bring the defective item to us in person or ship it to our studio at your own expense (using a trackable delivery service and properly packed to avoid further damage).
