These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of this website and to any purchase made from ORAÏK (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Seller information

2. Products

Our jewellery is handcrafted. Product photos and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible; however, due to the handmade nature of the pieces and natural material characteristics, minor variations in color, shape, finish, or stone appearance may occur and are not considered defects.

3. Prices & payment

Prices and available payment methods are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct errors (including pricing or product information) and to cancel/refund an order if an error is identified.

4. Orders

An order is considered accepted when we send an order confirmation and/or dispatch confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases such as payment issues, suspected fraud, or production/stock limitations.

5. Production & shipping

Some pieces are in stock and some are made to order. Production times and delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns, refunds & right of withdrawal

Rules for returns, exchanges, refunds, and the EU right of withdrawal (including exceptions for made-to-order/personalised items) are set out in our Refund Policy. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

7. Warranty & repairs

Warranty coverage and repairs information are described on our Returns & Warranty page and/or as required by applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website (including text, images, logos, and designs) is owned by ORAÏK or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without prior written consent.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORAÏK is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law (including consumer protection laws).

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence may also apply.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the time you place an order will apply to that order.
