RETURNS
We hope you’ll love your ORAÏK piece for years to come. If you have any questions, concerns, or doubts at any point — before, during, or after your order — please reach out. We value personal communication and will always try to find the right solution.
IN STOCK PIECES
If you purchased an in-stock item, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Return conditions
- The piece must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
- We require using a trackable shipping service.
MADE-TO-ORDER PIECES
Made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically for you, often in a specific size. We invest great care and many hours of handwork into each piece. For this reason, returns are not accepted for made-to-order pieces.
*That said, if something doesn’t feel right, please contact us — we will always try to find a suitable solution case by case.
RING SIZE
When placing your order, please ensure you provide the correct ring size. Resizing is only possible for specific designs. In many pieces, resizing is not possible, as elements such as enamel, gemstones, and gold vermeil may be damaged during the process. In such cases, a new production may be required.
*If the size of your new ring doesn’t fit, please contact us. If resizing isn’t possible, we’ll advise on the available options so you can wear your jewellery comfortably.
VARIATIONS
Slight variations in shape and colour may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our jewellery. No two pieces of the same design will look exactly alike. Stone weight (ct) is indicative and may vary slightly between individual pieces.
WARRANTY & REPAIRS
ORAÏK pieces are covered by a 3-year warranty from the date of delivery for defects in materials or workmanship.
If a covered issue occurs within this period, we will repair your piece free of charge. If a repair isn’t possible, we will offer a replacement or an appropriate alternative.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, loss or theft, scratches and dents, discoloration caused by chemicals/cosmetics/perfume, water damage, improper storage, or any repairs/alterations carried out by a third party.
- How to request a repair
Please contact us with clear photos of the piece (and the issue) and your proof of purchase. Once we review the case, we’ll confirm the next steps. If the claim is accepted, you may bring the item to our studio or ship it to us at your expense, using a trackable service and sending it securely packaged to avoid further damage in transit.
*For repairs outside of warranty, please reach out — we’re happy to evaluate the piece and provide a quote where possible.
