Shipping policy

ORAÏK jewellery is handcrafted. Dispatch times vary depending on whether an item is in stock or made to order. In-stock items are usually dispatched within 2 business days. Made-to-order items require production time and are typically dispatched within 4–10 weeks depending on the piece and materials. Any stated production times are estimates and may vary.

Shipping times are in addition to production time. Shipping methods, prices, and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout and may vary by destination. Once dispatched, customers receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices unless stated otherwise.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control (including carrier delays, peak periods, or customs clearance). If a shipment is significantly delayed or tracking shows no updates for an unusual period, customers should contact us so we can assist.
