Refund policy

ORAÏK accepts returns and exchanges for in-stock items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Items must be returned using a trackable shipping service, securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.

Made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, as they are produced specifically to the customer’s specifications (including size).

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will confirm approval by email. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where the return results from an error or defect attributable to ORAÏK.
